It's incredible how the developer releases games that are exciting and disappointing.
I mean, I enjoyed the game, but aside from the interface, there are certain things I don't like:
- Excessive reliance on hypnosis: the point of this game is supposedly Setsuna's defeat at the hands of the idiot, but you never feel like there's any real progress. It's almost the same thing the whole time: the girl resists, which is great, but she's hypnotized in no time, and you see little to nothing of the interesting part, her downfall. I mean, it's good, but it doesn't quite convince you.
- The damn gaps between each line of dialogue, the gaps between the different parts of the day, and other moments you have to wait for are short, but they get annoying in the long run.
- The girls, apart from Setsuna, are wasted. You only see one scene with each of them, and well, you see little to nothing interesting. Each one has her own personality, but it disappears when they're hypnotized, which happens instantly.
- What really annoyed me was the outfits. What the hell is the point of so many outfits if Setsuna doesn't wear them in most scenes? And then the scenes are like: she serves Natsu in a maid outfit. You go to the scene and she gets naked, WHAT? What's the point of the outfit then?
Despite all that, I don't think it's a bad game. I think it's somewhat better than Heroines from Another World Who Will Never Be NTR, which is from the same developer, but unfortunately, it's not memorable. The animations are great, but the fact that it relies so heavily on hypnosis, even at the end when the girl has already fallen for him, is boring and leaves you disappointed.
The point is Setsuna's defeat through sex, but you see little to nothing of that. Her total defeat should have been when, in the third chapter, she accepts any advance from the idiot, putting up the necessary resistance, using a little hypnosis to pressure her, but already showing that Setsuna is only pretending to resist. She's already fallen for him, but the idiot has to give her that final pleasure... But none of that happens. It's the same as in the previous scenes, with a few variations, and that's it.
