Overview:
A young couple who ran a café in a peaceful city were still living a heartwarming and happy life today.
However, one day, her husband, Oren, is attacked by a mysterious monster.
Luckily, the injury itself wasn't serious, but there were other problems.

The monster is UC, a pathogen transmitted by unicorns.
Unfortunately, Oren's brain was affected by the fungus, and he contracted UC disease.


The symptom of this terrible illness is that the person you love shows an unusual arousal in sexual intercourse with another person.


Oren, who has become mentally ill and otherwise completely harmless, asks an acquaintance adventurer to obtain the "unicorn horns" necessary for his treatment in order to dispel the reputational damage caused by the wives of the neighbors.
　
So, while leaving the acquisition of horns to the adventurer and his own daughter-in-law, Oren spends his days asking his wife, Rize, to do various things in order to satisfy the "propensity" that has sprung up due to his illness.

I can't confirm 100% but for whose who wonder, it's kinda kinetic, meaning NTR isn't avoidable sadly.
Also it's more netorase that netorare.

The plot is really stupid imo but at least it's original. For who who wanted a bit of realistic character, it doesn't work at all, to a comic point sometime.

Compared to the sloppy "NTR games" that are coming out lately, this game is quite alright, but I feel like it's above average at best. Gotta hand it to the artist though, game looks pretty damn clean.

Yeah, i admit the art is good.

Personnaly, i prefer NTR where you can save the girl, where you aren't sure if she is having sex or not with another dude (or animals/monster/whatever), when the clock is ticking and you have to hurry for saving her. Here it's just the MC who are okay with his "friends" talking shit about her, and after he get sick, being okay with her being corrupt by his friend who doesn't really care about him but only his girlfriend. He didn't even spend time with her that much before being sick.

All in all it's just not for me but they are worste than that as you said, for sure : )
