From what I played so far it seems the NTR comes from a secondary character.
There's a boy that acts as the MC's little brother, and there's another kid in the village who wants to fuck both the MC and the little boy's mother.
Also, during those scenes you get to control the little brother and watch the scene through his POV, so the NTR checks out.
