Go to first room. Top right near the hole use one of the items (Grandchild's arm as per translation) and you will get scissors. Cut the gym cloth with it and you get a key to open the door on the room with the angel. I machine translated the game to play.

Edit: Finally did manage to complete the game with a lot of hit and trail
