I'm completely lost. I'm also at the boat rental ticket and memory card bit and have no idea where to go. I looked in the text doc and it said I need to pay off our black hair lady friend's medical bills to do that, and to do that you just have to "do it in one shot" whatever the fuck that means. Something about using the fortune teller to do that but all he says is little, medium, or big luck and that doesn't seem to do anything. I've run around and talked and interacted with everything and still haven't found anything. I just want to know how to get to the next step.

are there any updates on this? i just finished the prequel of this game and i wanna see how this one goes, but i cant cuz i dont understand what anything says
