A woman appears in a miasma-filled forest, nesting with monsters. Rushing in her apron and house clothes, she arrives to deliver a forgotten sword to her son, who is training in the forest.
At first glance, she appears to be a loving and caring mother—but she has one problem:
far from being kind, she has an unusual attachment to her son, a so-called "muscon mother."
Just then, her son appears, unarmed and being chased by a snake. After easily fending off the snake in her son's place, the mother firmly tells him, "You can't train. You don't need to become strong. Why don't you go home with me?
