1- change to japanese locale
2- restart your computer
3- delete the old game files
4- extract the game from the .zip files
5- run the game

Here's my full save including the dlc.

Not sure if its my game or what but on the merged game you can't view kuro h scene that are on page 2 due to a bug. So just dump my file to the non patch game and you can view it.

Also sorry for a mess of save file too lazy to clean them
