Unfortunately the game is made with unity so unless someone figures out how to extract the text a manual translation is very unlikely.
Only way to play the game in english is using

Dev said there's currently a bug that doesn't allow you to rest if aroused, just get rid of the status.

i think that plugin has ability to save the translated part into texts, the saved text will probably be editable? for better readability.

got up late finishing the game, it's recommended if you are into the corruption of female protagonists. Also has one of the best corruption progress in every each of the NPC events, my favorite is the corruption by succubus, it was kinda hard to find something like that, especially after the development of Princess Tower is abandoned.

i think that plugin has ability to save the translated part into texts, the saved text will probably be editable? for better readability.

Correct, from what i remember it generates an AutoTranslation.txt with the text which could be used for a translation but there are some problems with that:
1) sometimes the plugin misses some text
2) in order to have a complete txt file usable for a translation someone should play the game and see each event with all the variations and play each ending
3) in the .txt file some things like the items arent saved
So while in theory the saved text could be used for a translation in practice you need to do a lot of extra work to make it usable

The fact that is made in unity doesn't mean it cannot be translated. I saw others unity games having been translated so it doesn't make much sense.

Never said it can't be translated because the game is in unity I simply said it's very unlikely to happen(unless a big company picks this up)
