In case anyone is wondering how to translate it...
All the text appears to be stored in json files so just swapping the Japanese text for English should fix things.
EDIT: so the sex scenes are all in CommonEvents.Json
No clue where the rest of the stuff is hidden unless they are also in that json but not at the very beginning. the very first event is the starting Blowjob but there is text before and after that Idk where is.
