If you are grossed out by this circle's previous game, don't be fooled and try this game out anyway. Even though this game's MC is just like a shota version of the last work's fugly MC, their personality are radically different. The setting, as well as the H, are all radically different, actually. It's much more lighthearted and wholesome, and for some reason the plot of this H game is excellent and better than most RPGs. The stories truly and really gave me shivers at the end, even though I'm playing a MTL version (It's very, very good MTL though).
To compare this to the Sex Ticket game:
- The [Cheat Sex Hypnosis] idea is still there, but the concept is radically different. Instead of MC forcing his way with unwilling girls, this time the [Cheat Sex] setting involves a mass brainwashing of the whole world, making every girl thinks they're supposed to pay with sex for losing to MC, and MC, being both a pervert and a child, goes along with this gaslighting. This shifts the cruelty on the narration and the world instead of MC, creating a much better illusion of consensual (because the girls hate this a lot less compared to the previous work - in fact, none of the girl hates this). For us players, it's good because now I can finally watch the sex scenes as a guilty pleasure instead of being disgusted by them.
- This MC, while still being an ugly, unconfident kid, is a much better person than Sex Ticket's MC. For once, he doesn't do cruel sex like scat or making the girls drink urine, or force himself on others at all. All of his Hs are consensual.
What's really GOOD about him, though, is that he is capable of growth at a person. He's an ugly kid with an inferiority complex and a perverted mind, but during the course of the story, instead of destroying the girl's lives, he eventually help and befriend these good people, being awed by them (after H-ing them) and strive to become a better person after their examples. He develops as a character and towards the end of the story, even do heroic things. At the end, before he realizes it, he's so popular enough that most of the girls are willing to H him even WITHOUT the [Cheat Sex]. MC has some mug shots at the final battle, and even though he still looks ugly as fuck, with shit posture and all that, he was still super awesome in it.
- The H content are much more tame than the previous work. Every Hs are consensual now, and more and more romantic Hs pop up the later you are in the game. MC is sometimes merciless with his poundings, especially when he's doing it with cheeky/arrogant girls, but he is never cruel. This makes the game a lot more of a guilty pleasure instead of just straight up fucked up.
- There is a surprisingly deep story, instead of just some plots like the 1st game. I'm talking something on the caliber of a GOOD RPG, like a shorter, much more to-the-point version of Final Fantasy or Tactic Ogre good. The story is definitely more mature-themed than Pokemon.
- Of course, this game has Pokemon battles and fucking good music! Like, the music has no business being this good!
Ironically, I dropped Sex Ticket long ago but picked it up again because it made a cameo in this work, and MC said he's a fan of it. I still don't like Sex Ticket even now when trying it again, but I wholly recommend this work to all!
