Just go to kimochi and search for it there.. They have an Android version translated. just copy the data folder over to your windows version, and you should have your translation

Can you elaborate on the proper way to do this? I downloaded the apk, extracted the .apk itself, and then moved the data folder from the apk to the windows version, but now the windows version will fail to load everything.
