I was considering doing this one myself.
I already have it (purchased copy), so it wouldn't be too difficult to get started.

Unfortunately, I've only just started translating H-games, so I'm not too sure I could manage a whole game at the moment. That, and Moment Flowlighter (or Syun-Kan Flowlighter) release games in rather quick succession.
It currently takes me around 3 days to complete a demo/trial of a game (20-30mins of content), so by the time I get half-way through, there's a good chance they would have already released their next game.

I will take a closer look at the files though, and see how much there is.

Edit: I can't seem to access the files to even check how much there is to do. I'll look into it, but it's unlikely I'll be able to translate this one.
