Is there any guide on how to do that using luna?
you need to download official release from github of lunatranslator, then follow this videoguide i think with example it will more much easilier its not my guide but here is basics of usage , its not my channel i found it by 1st link on google video by girl:

and dont hook into the game , just use external window show-up like on video above. DeepL not perfect so i cant recommend it and its some more difficult i just started from google online translation by luna and i moved to deeplx. When you will see google translations is working and not good for you, you can check offline DeepL translator , i will try to explain how to use deeplx, and what i doing to translate games.
You can skip 8,9,10,11 if you dont wanna do much things like using online translations by luna to google translate or bing idk, but its my way how i getting japanese games translated.
1. launch the game and start new game
2. you need to get dialogues with text
3. start lunatranslator
4. select gyaru.exe game
5. you will get pop-up window of all texts
6. just click in game to get new text dialogue
7. luna will see the japanese text
8. just google deeplx in google and download release on github there is .exe on release tab i used amd64 one
9. boot .exe i got

10. gui looks like batch file but its ok you need to see the stratch that app listening on 127.0.0.0 (or something like that i dont remember but its your local network)
11. in lunatranslator you need to find the tab "offline translations" and turn deeplx on
12. turn on show-up text
13. enjoy the tranlations??? or configure fonts and interface like you want.
