I managed to use UnityAutoTranslator, but for some reason, the game interface would not translate so i hope someone with expertise can provide a complete translation for this great game.

I tried to translate it, but the problem is with the Unity version of the game. There is no normal resource decompiler. DevX 1.0.9 cannot open models correctly. All buttons that are not translated by the script are pictures that need to be replaced with translated ones.
If anyone can advise how to package the translated pictures, I could translate them

Hello guys,
In the zip file below you will find the translation for the UI and dialogue, just unzip it and put it in the folder of the game.
The dialogue is translated with Xunity autotranslator and most of the dialogue should load quick as it has saved the translations from my playthrough (although there are multiple routes I have not done, so not everything will load quickly).
The UI I replaced with a texturereplacer plugin, it's translated by AI but I have placed the text myself with Krita and tried to make sure the context on most translations are right.
There can still be some translation errors here and if you find some please report them and I might update the translation.
Anyways, enjoy!

Seems like virustotal had one security vendor detect the zip as malicious due to the Xunity autotranslator. So in the following zip file you will find it without Xunity autotranslator so you can install it yourself if you think the zip above isn't safe.

Has anyone encountered a bug where the exe starts in a tiny bar-like window and then just shows nothing? The developer mentioned he was making a patch to solve this but he never actually released it. Are there any settings/fixes we can do on our own?

The UI is translated in my package and I tried to keep it in the same style as the original. Although the formatting may be a bit off in places due to changing two letter Japanese words into English words takes more space.

Ok, so open the game folder, it should look something like this with 7project.exe being the game executable itself.

Then we should unpack my zip which contains this stuff.

Take it all and just throw it into the game folder. It should end up looking like this.

And then you should have the UI translation (and the autotranslator if you installed that version).
If there are still problems with installing, tell me, then it might be a problem that it doesn't match the version or something and you'll have to install bepinex yourself.

The translation for dialogs seems to work fine, but I don't know why the UI doesn't

I can see the translated images of the UI in the directory \BepInEx\plugins\ModImages,' but they are not applying in-game. I don't know why

The guy did a great job. The translation really works. The problem is in the client. Every time you launch the game on new hardware, the unique code changes, for example texture_01_*********. This is why your translation files are not picked up. The solution is simple - when you first launch the game, unload the textures with the combination - ALT-F11, then go to the Bepinex\Plugins\ModImagesDump folder and rename similar files in the ModImages folder

Ok, thank you for pointing that out because I wouldn't have known, so in the zip below there's an edited version of the texture_replacer.dll which removes it's usage of those unique SHA5 codes. It also includes the images renamed. To add it just drop the contents of the zip in BepInEx/plugins.

This solved the image loading issue, thank you. Wonder if it's worth setting up a proper game thread now. Also do you know if, via some sort of plugin, the window could be rescaled further? Size is rather small atm.

Apperently making DLL's is fairly easy so here's a custom dll that automatically forces screensize based on what is input in the config file. Just drop the contents of the zip in the plugins folder. In the WindowRescaler folder you will find a cfg file, open it with notepad and put in the wanted values and if you want fullscreen or not. Although be warned I do not know what the consequences of rescaling the screen in game are, you might want to stick to the original given ratio.
