There were Koji, Seiji, Lina, Lord and Eve but who is Lloyd and Makoto? Also, the text say Makoto is a "his"?

There are 4 main characters: the MC (whatever the heck his name is), his redheaded gf (Lina), the bull (Lord or whatever) and his gf/fuckbuddy (Eve).
The premise of the story is that MC and his girlfriend Lina decide to participate in a 30 days experiment at some facility. It so happens that another couple joins in. MC thinks he does not fully satisfy Lina by cumming too fast, and gets even more unsecure hearing/seeing the bull fucking the shit out of Eve. The bull then offers MC to use Eve for sexual practice, while making his way to Lina.
