Try delete "system32" in your "Windows"-folder so windows can set your locale to "japanese" after you restart your pc.

Or try unpacking "translation.zip" into the "www"-folder of the game, where the actual "data"-folder is, you smart-ass.

Ah... I didn't know it was supposed to be in the "www" folder where there is also a "data" folder thank you.
