Barn/ranch works but i can't seem to pull off the penetration scene in Meniuette's house, says it needs a contraceptive device even with cheats. A bug, maybe? Anybody checked if there's available scenes in the dungeon as well?
Any brave sould willing to open a game thread? I tried but haven't managed to get mtool to work or create a translated file
you need contraceptive film, I think you use alchemy to make it? I'm not too sure. Dungeon stays the same, the only thing you can do is sexually harrass muniette, no penetration scenes yet

I'd rather wait for an actual translation to come along first, personally.
I take it that apart from one outfit there are no others? The last game was better, it was possible to add more content to it.
there are variables in clothes in the save file, possibly will have outfit change in the future

Fan TL, of course. Considering how long it's taken Encode Encore to get translated, we'd likely be waiting 4-5 years after release before official sources pick up Hitozu.
So it's a 1.0, but is it actually a complete experience and chapter 2 / 3 is going to be expansions, like encode? Or is it basically just a demo and I should wait for it to actually be finished?
Help, I can't take it anymore. I've been playing for 10 hours and I still don't know how to unlock the incense. i dont know where the recipes are for: "X-ray Monocle", "Hermit Curtain", or "Imitation Ribbon".
x-ray monocle doesn't work and is currently being fixed, likely chapter 2 it'll return. hermit curtain requires strong cloth, astral stone and quiet stone and imitation ribbon requires trembling horn, clean cloth, astral core.
unlock these and you should have the recipes unlocked aswell:
to unlock them, do quests around the town and speak to people while choosing the dialogue option, exhaust every option and you're bound to unlock these.

In my opinion it's more of a complete demo right now. The price it's being offered at includes the expectation that chapters 2 and 3 are released as free updates once they're done. Encode was a full game on release, in comparison, with Encore being an expansion. Accordingly, Encore had to be purchased separately.
When is ch 2-3 estimated release? I cant wait because this game is so good.. +the translations where
Dev said doesnt want to take more than 6months to 1 year in releasing both chapter 2 and 3. I still dont know what was he doing in these last 3 years anyway... No way he spent 3 years in mastering how to use live2d.
Well, I'm pretty disappointed, I liked a lot his other game (Encode Encore) and it's probably in my top 5, but this one is a chore. The grind is brutal unless you want to use cheats, you have to farm materials to craft items for the quests, you have to farm advanced materials to craft more advances tools, you even need to craft items to progress with the lewd content. Also in my 3 hours I wasn't able to find a way to use most of the lewd skills while in the dungeon. I can accept the farming in the forest and the cave, but later you need materials from the enemies in the dungeons, and to progress the dungeon, of course you have to craft potions and remedies or your party dies.
Above all that you have to manage the stamina, you have to manage her lust and there is a reputation system, and if you fail there is a loop and you have to do everything all over. In Encore you basically had 2 things to keep in mind which were the stamina and the money and the game progression went pretty smoothly.
I don't know what the developer was thinking with this game, it's a grind and it's not so easy to unlock the CGs. At least the lewd is on par with the other game, but right now it's a bit of a mess.
I wasn't even able to unlock the sex stuff, I just stopped with the foreplay and I convinced myself that you can't unlock some options in the first run because you need to re-loop a bit (the first game had something like that).
The game right now is overcomplicated and grindy as fuck, I had to activate the infinite stamina mode, but still I wasn't able to unlock sex and things like that, the bad translation from MTool for sure didn't help.
I wish he added a merchant that sells some of the ingredients, so you can use money for that, still, to make money you need to craft things and give them to the guild, he should rework the whole system.
I sincerely hope with part 2 and 3 he is focused on adding CGs, because the first game had a lot more than this one, also when he tried to cook a gameplay, he burned the whole pan, so he should just focus on the "porn" part of the game.
All the games revolving around alchemy have this problem and I don't know why they think that going 200+ times in the farming area and 100+ in the crafting table should be considered fun.

I completely agree, the only way to enjoy this game is with cheats to avoid 100 hours of farming. Mtool makes everything easy.
I used that guide, but despite exhausting all dialogue options and having the necessary materials, I didn't have the recipes to make anything. I think it was a bug.
In regards to the grind and all, dev's ci-en posts seem to indicate he's aware and will probably adjust for Ch 2 and 3. I've said it before, but I have full faith the full product will be worth it (honestly he's got some really good scenes already and that's with MTool's shoddy translation) since Encode Encore is quite literally my favorite of all the games here.
The alchemy stuff for sure wasn't the way to go though, at least with the current gameplay. Maybe if more lewd stuff gets mixed in it'd be a better pill to swallow (and there seems to be hints of it, what with the currently unusable option for FeMC to cook for you).
