Go to the dungeon. You need to complete deliver item to guild quest 8 times. Then start limited quest "Let us go to the dungeon" to unlock dungeon.

This is exactly what I was talking about. If you see the description "Item Missing," it doesn't mean the item is in your inventory, but rather "Programming Elements," in other words, "this scene hasn't been implemented yet and hasn't started." If you see "In Development," it means the action will likely be added soon.

Mtool won't help you view the "actions" in any way, since the "events" themselves are not programmed, and the items in the description are not in the game at all. These missing items are not in Items, Weapons, Armor, or Hero Skills, even if the skills are forced to be enabled. In battle, when choosing actions, "hero skills" will be displayed, but some of them won't even have a description

In version 1.04 of the game, the following worked:
in the "Vulgarity" category actions worked: "Touch Boobs," "Stroke Butt," and with active incense, "Knead Boobs" and "Knead Butt." All other "no item"
in the "Shame" category actions worked: "Unzip" and "Raise Skirt," and with active incense, the Zipper and Skirt remained unzipped/raised until the end of the battle or the incense faded. "Show Erection" was "In Development." Everything else "no item"
in the "Immorality" category actions worked: "spank on the ass" (requires 2 Orbs of Silence). Everything else "no item"

Anything that can be classified as logical category "Harassment" requires the ”Orb of Silence" item, and the most intense actions will require lit incense (igniting requires 2 action points and lasts 3 turns; igniting consumes 1 incense).
Anything that can be classified as logical category "Foreplay" requires the "Orb of Stealth" item, which would likely be crafted from an "Orb of Silence."
Anything that can be classified as logical category "Sex" requires the "Orb of Invisibility" item, which would likely be crafted from an "Orb of Stealth."

Exactly what I was talking about, that there is not enough description for success, the beginning of the scene itself and its “successful completion” are not the same thing.

This information is displayed without translation. But after translation, it all doesn't fit... I play with the font size reduced by 4, and I still have to shorten everything in the translation as much as possible, because reducing the font size even smaller would make everything completely unreadable.

I just resorted to using an untranslated copy and screen-translated the full text, and then put two and two together from the MTL poetry.. but anyways, thankfully the latest user translations only have about 2 instances where important info is lost (as far as scene or quest requirements go, but I'm kinda half-lost on the story itself, ngl)

You're probably confusing SKILLs. There are three different SKILLs for breasts, including one for "undressing."
[Breast Touch] , [Breast Massage], [Stimulating nipples], and "undress breast" [Unzipping]

[Breast Touch] SKILL is unlocked as the very last part of the [Shoulder Massage] in Munietto's house. The scene starts at the table with a cup of tea (but don't forget to give Munietto an item beforehand, either [Pink Milk] or [Pink Cream]).
Next, you need to use this SKILL, for example, in a [Dungeon], to earn ACHIEVEMENTs, approximately 5/10/20 touches for Lv1/Lv2/Lv3.

To obtain the [Breast Massage] SKILL, you need a [Bar], [500G] to treat someone to alcohol, and an [Antidote] to send Faith to the toilet.
To use this SKILL in a dungeon you will need incense (third tier of loot from monsters)

The SKILL of [Unzipping a zipper] is unlocked during [Confession] and ACHIEVEMENT is required for [Breast massage Lv2] (I might be wrong about the level of ACHIEVEMENTs)
