The gameplay loop is simple: you can stream at night, exposing yourself, graduatly doing more and more extreme things as you lose reason.
There is plenty of events, and you are free to interact with every NPCs.
There is no real grind, you can progress trought reason without repeating events, I found the progression pacing really good.
The character design is great too.
