I'm working on better translation now, modifying the JS code to make it proper, unfortunately, it is tricky as many Japanese text inside the code in Maps, but I can send my draft.

As you can see under that post I attached a fully translated basic image, that you can already use to play the game, of course, it will not be enough as you also want to see the chat with girls, but at least it is playable. Use this for now

Okay, I'm tired, it still has fontSize issues, will fix it in the coming weeks if you want it. But overall playable, translated: choices, statuses, stories, personalities, etc.

If you find a translation issue/text issue something please report it. Thanks Shisaye for SLR Translator, and my coding skills to do it.
