No I don't believe that was them. Also I don't recall that translation being finished I thought it was abandoned / hidden behind a patreon paywall perhaps. Either way I doubt Salist will be translating the game when they themself is asking for it to be translated.

i don't hide behind anything, i should delete that patreon i just don't have time to do a proper translation plus i had some personal problem last year forcing me stop the translation work

If one exists I have not come across it no. I would recommend checking ULMF for inprogress or finished translations.
