Sadly it's bugged atm and you cant do anything anymore at the sleep groping, once you unlock more than thigh massage.

Tried Mtool, it doesn't work. Turns out everything text in the UI is made with pictures. So actually translating the game shouldn't be too hard (if you use Mtool and use that translation for what it can translate), it's just that it's time consuming.
