I'll just get straight to the point, the game is not encrypted, at least, I don't think so since there isn't rgss3a file.
When I try to open the game in Translator++, it takes a bit to load, gives me a CMD, then it loads. Every text there.
But, whenever I try to inject the translation, even if I didn't translate anything, it gives me this cmd with an error:
and this one too when the cmd finishes:
