Trending page not updated?

Hey, I've been on this site for years now and I can't help but notice that the trending games page has not changed for many years, is there an explanation for this? Like it's been the exact same 10 games on the list for 2+ years, some of which are abandoned.

I always clicked the bigger shiny red button right above it. Latest Updates.

good for you. I think it was those "trending games" that years ago was the worst blinking, flickering, fidgeting, heavy-payload, useless, horrible mess.
