Identify Tried searching but can't find it

i can't remember the name and it's been a while so i can't remember all the details. it's a kinda dystopian cyberpunk/sci fi world. you're either a manager or partner with this girl and she fights for you, at the beginning it's kinda underground fighting ring at first. you can train her, buy and sell items, i think you can set up a schedule for her to do stuff like work to make money and go to the gym to train and stuff.

i've tried searching through tags on here, steam and itch but i just can't find it.
