Sort of. They used "2.0" to reference the new versions of features they overhauled from the first demo they put out. It's pretty common in the software industry when you make extensive changes to various parts of your program/game/etc.
The version of the game released at the time of that post was 0.9.x. The current version on Steam is 1.4.2.

If you guys saw the post date it was 2 months prior to the offical release date. Not to mention the article itself said and I qoute "The game's release has been set to July 25th. The game was going to release May 30th, and we think it's ready to." the 2.0 is refrencing the Aplha build version not the Early Access version
nice 1.40 has some quality of life addons... this game desperately needed mounts cus it feels like a walking simulator at times

It surpasses the 650 MB upload limit of VirusTotal, so I can't run a test.
I've tested with low graphics and the game ran fine during the initial beach scene. I haven't tested it further than that.

Yeah. Even if it WAS a cheap knockoff, MGI is in such a development hell that I'd take a cheap copy with actual progress over waiting an interminable amount of time for an infinitesimal amount of progress.

Really makes you wonder when the variety will start kicking in. Sure, home interactions are all well & good, but monsters deserve to have their fun!
anyone else have a glitch where mobs are under the ground but when you press esc the are right next to you but then when you press esc again they are not there
