In the game, you played as a psychiatrist or something similar who lived on his own. You had to schedule times for various patients to visit you, be they general patients to earn money, or specific female patients you could slowly corrupt over multiple sessions. There was also a secretary that you could corrupt, as well as a map you could use to travel to different locations to raise one of the three stats you needed to progress further into a girls corruption, or to view unique events for the girls. There were also several corruption routes you could take with each girl.
