Trouble with downloaded file

I'm new here, tried to search for answer in the forums of f95zone, but couldn't. LMK where it is and I'll delete th thread

Problem:

I wanted to download Unconventional Gym the game by ErectSociety here

after I had all the 615 mb the game wouldn't start. I tried open-g it with Daemon Tools, but it was no use
I had the same problem about 3 months ago, when I downloaded another hentai VN from this website, maybe Amorous Professor Chieri - I got the file, but couldn't start it(((

in this case Extract using your favourite archiver winzip 7zip winrar and then run game

Deamon tools doesn't come into it that is a utility for mounting an image

so follow instructions on op and have fun
