I just recently changed my windows setting to 1920x1080 (it was 1360x768) and I've been playing my games like that, but for some reason, Renpy games don't work at all and I have to go back to my older resolution for them to work. I've thought that it was some sort of display drivers issues so I reinstalled them but still the same.

You could try to delete the Persistant Files in the Save Folders of your VN's.
They usually store the settings and other options (like gallery etc.)

The Persistant Files are stored in two different places, for one in the VN Folder itself in saves and the bit more tricky one is the Appdata Roaming Folder,
that one is hidden by default, but you can access it by clicking on the Windows Startbutton and typy in the Searchfield: %appdata%
Navigate to the Roaming\Renpy Folder and there you delete all the Persistant files one by one.

When you start the VN's the next time, they're all in the default state.

Sadly this didn't work, the problem still remains

I don't see why this would prevent Ren'Py to works. Years ago I changed my computer, and with it the screen resolution, and I had no problems to play old Ren'Py games with their save files and the values saved in their previous persistent. Games were display in their previous resolution, that was smaller, it's all.

And there's even less reasons for the games to still not works once you deleted the "persistent" file from both the "[path to game]/game/saves" directory and the "%AppData%/roaming/renpy/[game]" one. For Ren'Py it will looks like a first starts, therefore if it works at 1360x768, it will works at 1920x1080. At least unless there's something more that change in top of the resolution itself.
