Probably a long time. Controlling the models is super finicky. Hell, sometimes its damn near impossible to line up the penis again, after doing the moving around.

Its an overall decent porn simulator. No gameplay, which is nice. My wishlist for it is:
1. Better nipples (or be able to transfer the nipples from some of the other models)
2. Better breast physics (they sometimes bounce, sometimes don't at all, and bigger boobs don't have more bounce)
3. A viscosity slider (more gooey, sticky, thick or less, like precum).
4. An opaqueness slider (less see-through like water/precum and more well, opaque).
5. Auto-Alignment option (sometimes its REALLY hard to align the cock with the mouth, especially after moving either one in a direction you didn't want to, and so an option where the female tilts her head or angles it so that she goes where you want her to).

For me the Q, W, E, R hotkeys don't do anything. Does these hotkeys work with anyone else? Is it some strange unity keyboard error or does the latest build 0.37 not work with these hotkeys?

The update link should take at least 5 days, given that though this is a really nice game, most don't feel it's worth 20$ a month yet, which is understandable. And even then, we still depend on the patron's kindness.

Well the guy does monthly updates, so there is only so much that can be accomplished in one month, with a solo developer. It could also be that the Research and Development (R&D) is taking up most of their time. Getting liquid physics to work in real-time is quite the feat (after all, not even Wild Life managed to achieve it and eventually scrapped their system) and getting it to be more responsive would be quite time intensive to say the least.
