Bepinex is a modding tool for unity games, there was a mod made by someone on the discord that unlocked some of the movement restrictions so you could move the characters in different ways.

I'm pretty sure it's already in the Bepinex_extra_v0.34.zip in my upload. It's been a while since that version came out and I don't quite remember the specifics.

I had many conversations with henry back in the day. He said his goal was to create a 3d version of super deepthroat. As we all know, he has kinda missed the mark but at one point in time I believe he was heading in the right direction.
If you're looking for a similar game to this that mainly focuses on oral, good luck. I've spent the better part of a year searching for that game and have mostly come up empty. You can always get super deepthroat and mod it out but it will still be 2D. There are a bunch of games out there that have awesome oral scenes but the games definitely don't make it their focus. If you want some suggestions, Rocking Robin has some fabulous oral scenes. Being a Dik is another with some good oral scenes. Basically check the oral tag and give whatever comes up a try!
If your search skills happen to be better than mine and you do indeed find an oral focused 3d game with fully animated cumshots, please PM me!

Bepinex has issues though. I tried it on a few non-pornographic Unity titles, and they then refused to launch at all. Only by doing Steam's verify integrity of the cache, were they able to launch again.
I tried both the regular version of Bepinex and the Hard Patcher.

I found a .txt that I made for the controls for this mod.
Numpad 1: Cycle look target (His head/Penis/Camera)
Numpad 2: Spawn fluid above her face.
Numpad 4/7: Rotate her on X/Z axis.
Numpad 6/8/5: Translate her on X/Y/Z axis.
I didn't make this mod, I just got it from the discord so look there if you want, it probably doesn't work with versions after 0.34 but I didn't try.
thanks, man. I kind of managed to make it work on 0.39 before you replied! At the very least i could see the logs when i moved the hands on the bodies, i'll test it with these controls now

Well, I must have done something wrong, because the controls that HGBX gave me didn't work on the 0.39 nor the 0.34. Oh well. For the record, all I did was put the contents of the zip file on the game folder, open the game, see a few errors on the console that appeared, close the game and modify the config file in the BepInEx as per intructed on the on the troubleshooting page.
That's the whole thing, I made it just to remember the buttons when I downloaded the mod.

I remember that I came to F95 only to write my admiration for this game [Yes, I naively thought that Henry was responsible here] and regarding the similarity in technical terms, there is hardly anything, even take the physics of liquids or blending procedural animation, this is of course the future.Games in outdatedtechnical design can not compete and give new emotions.
So is any news about the hacking of Henry's discord? Is this even possible?! Maybe he said something in his messages. Maybe it's a prolonged depression, an internal crisis, or maybe he met the girl of his dreams.Or moved on to other projects! It's a shame that the game froze without revealing all its features...

even if abandoned this game is great. Such incredibly high quality models. I also found if you look down toward breasts you can zoom in more than the game naturally allows, then turn back toward the face and stare at the beautiful girls eyes in all their glory.
I wish there was a button to switch to POV though. Or to make his penis less weird. Also when trying to manually do POV their eyes roll into their head and you cant turn their heads up without the penis falling out, although I was on an older version.
This feels weird to describe in a public forum rofl.
