I might be a little late to this, but does Colt Zero's mod still work with these newer versions of the game?
Nope, it only works on v0.39. True Facials' code structure got kind of overhauled in v0.4, and Colt doesn't really know how to mess around with it.
I played this game over a year ago but stumbled upon this posting again. Henry came back? What happened that made him disappear from the internet?
According to the post he made on the release of v0.4, "The pandemic was troublesome, but the underlying fatigue and my own personal life also hit hard."
All of those may very well be related to one another, but he didn't elaborate any further, and I think it would be prying to press the issue
Not yet, the only mod available supported an older version and the code structure for the game has been updated since then.

Then you should have 19 girls, counting Primrose. You probably didn't get the newest ones. Try looking for a new download that includes everything, if you care about Quiet, Harley Quinn, Y'shtola and Burial At Sea Elizabeth

thank you for your help. This shows that the Mega link does not include the lastest characters from v0.42b. I do have that, myself, but I got it from the Google Drive link, that for some reason people are having a bit of trouble with. So I'm gonna report that one as an update, and hopefully someone else can make a more reliable link for that file.
How exactly do you load the mods? Does the Mods folder just need to be in the same root folder as the game folder? Also, is there any way currently to lower the fidelity of the graphics?
I get a virus alert. It has a PUA that tries to label itself as a Sys32 file. Shady.

Nope, just copy "Mods" folder into your "C:\Windows\System32" folder then move the game to a USB stick and run the game from "TrueFacials.exe". After that, mods should work. Also if you get bad performance you should google "How To Download a Graphics Card", "How To Download More Ram" & "How To Download a CPU".
