Overview:

Welcome to Try Rubinus! This game is an attempt to reconsider such games as Ashford Academy and Hentai High School.

Please meet Romulus — one of the incubi who took part in Nero’s feasts. No, he’s not crazy, he’s probably just talking to Patri — his mysterious inner voice.

Their goal is to win an important bet with one of the order deities. With this purpose, Romulus and Patri go to the Cherry Blossom — an exemplary college that will become another playground for the incubi aura.

The game contains about 450 unique events in total, as well as a large event that consists of 10 large scenes. For the current game version, about 130,000 characters have been written.​

No "Management" or "Sandbox" Tag (opposed to the games named in the intro) and considering that you have to witness all Events in order to progress I'd say the game justify the VN prefix

Most games of this type. Hentai Highschool etc. They just use ripped anime/hentai stuff. That why you have so much censored stuff in these games. It would been nice if the creator did create original arts for their games, but that would require skill set they not necessary have. Or the ability to afford hire artists to do.

A lot of games on these sites use real porn, pics, art from other games.
Not all developers have the money to spend rn on an artists

If creators care for the game though they can show a minimum of interest by for example decensor those arts they "borrowed".
You won't need to hire an artist for this, though good decensors require some skill.
