I'm trying to remember the name of this one game that had this slime girl think that she was your "rival", it had turn based combat and the last thing I remember was you and the slime girl entering this weird futuristic underground city and then the "end of content" message played. I also think the slime girl was pink or something

Was it an anal based game? I remember a game where a village chief asked you to go under a well to get rid of some monsters and that slime was among them until she joins you, is that it?

Monster Girl Dreams? Seems kinda right from your description, except for the underground city. One of the scenes that might sound familiar is the MC and the slime girl being chased by a monster on their way through a cavern. Although while they didn't exit into a futuristic underground city, they were en route to the demon capital city.
