It's this game where you and your (wife, I think?) are transported overnight to a medieval fantasy world. You both become futa's and apparently your wife is some kind of big hero.

Right at the start you have to go meet the empress and if you piss her off she make you fuck the horses

They went to bed and Bella turned into a tall, muscular, and super sexy futanari. While tall, direct, and short-tempered Ike. turned into a short, thin, and super cute trap.

Not sure how much is there as it's abandoned now.
