Identify Trying to find a game

Looking for a visual novel type game I can't remember the name for.

You play as a married guy in an unhappy relationship, going to work with a very hot boss. He ends up going on business trip with the boss and a female colleague to a beach type location. This place is interactive and can do a lot of activities there with different people

The guy ends up crashing a boat and has to choose between boss and wife.

Any leads are appreciated.
