I've looked far and long, but can't seem to find this game I played.
There's a husband and a wife. The husband runs a business of some kind and the ditzy wife helps him out. He also has a couple employees (there's an uber intense guy who is hyper-focused on his work). There are various hidden cameras set up around the office leftover from the previous owner that the husband bought the space form. The wife and employees make various choices that can lead to lewd situations and the husband watches on the hidden cameras with varying levels of intrigue.
I THINK it's Renpy but can't say 100%.
