Ive been trying to find a game i dont remember the name of. I believe it was a Ren'py style game with a female protagonist and had transformation elements in it. The protagonist is a nerdy female game tester who is currently testing a VR fantasy game where she teams up with a goblin warrior. Her powers are healing based but only really work well if she is horny or sexual. something along those lines. She then joins a clan or group to try and adventure with. One who is an orc woman, another is this sorta half demon female, and there were two males in the party. Also another female who is their loot carrier that they treat as a slave.

The game kinda focuses on the decisions you make in order to play out scenarios and relationships. both while in the VR world and during the times she exits.
