I have been searching for a game all day without any luck. The game involves a male protagonist living with his mother and sister. The game has a supernatural element to it, if I recall there is a succubus or something similar in his garage. The game involves town exploration, a college, many women of course, his own age and older. At one point in the game there was a ritual in a church, I think? Part time job mechanics for earning cash to buy items needed to progress story lines. Can't remember if the succubus granted the MC powers or not.
I hope I'm not mixing up two different games. The art style is western, similar to games like Family Breeding. The game is a bit of an older game.
