Identify Trying to find this game can someone help

I played this game like 5 months to a year or so ago and can't find it no more it was like japanese themed cuz the scenery and house you was in was japanese like, you play as a female MC and your like a wife or fiancee to a husband that's never home but yall are living with your husbands dad or grandpa and so the wife or fiancee MC cheats and fucks the dad or grandpa a lot through the game.

I know that's probably not enough detail to go on but it is all I honestly can remember of the game if anyone can help that would be extremely helpful thank you and much appreciated
