I remember playing a game at some point, but I can't recall the name or anything about it.
RENPy game if I'm remembering correctly,
And I believe one of the plotlines that stand out were that the two sisters were sharing a room, and you would sneak into it and make the older one think her younger sister has "Wnadering Hands", resulting in a problem occurring between the pair.
I can't think of anything else off the top of my head.
