The MC has the superpower to copy the powers of any superhumans he has sex with. He acquires his first power during an attack by zombie like creatures and a superheroine comes to save the day and enters a cloud of gas that puts her in heat. After she bangs the MC he gets superstrength, and enters into the greater world of superheroes. There was optional NTR. There is a scene where a supervillain tries to kill you and your best friend, but you end up banging her (for her ability, of course) and can get your friend to join in and spit-roast her.
