There was this Ren'py VN I played a while ago. I think it was in DAZ, almost positive it wasn't Honey Select, and it definitely wasn't Koikatsu. It starts with the MC temporarily moving in with his aunt ahead of his mother and sister moving to a new house. You're only able to seduce her and one or two other girls before the move happens and the story opens up the rest of the options. IIRC the realtor who sold your mother the house is blackmailing her and forcing her to work at a strip club I think? Or make porn? Something like that. One of the girls you can seduce before the move happens is a blonde chick you meet while out for a morning run, and you're able to either be nice to her or be aggressive and dominate her. That's about all I can remember.
