It was made by a japanese producer and had three characters in a sandbox. A dude, a girl and a girl with a cock. There was a story but also a sandbox mode. It was set in a japanese school I think.
I don't know why but it was so long ago and I'm now just trying to remember it. Any hints would be great!
Edit: I just remembered the game is normally censored but as with a lot of games there's a patch for them.
