There's a game I remember playing where the MC worked for what I think was a modeling agency. Besides the boss you also had a shy blue-haired girl, an air-headed blonde, and a girl who hates men as your coworkers.
I think the MC was a teen that lived with his family (which admittedly doesn't narrow things down much). I also believe the above-mentioned workplace wasn't the main plot of the game.
