This game is set in the medieval period and has you playing as the son of a hunter, while hunting you and your dad would end up being attacked and the father would die. It was then up to you to handle the family business and pay off your father's debt.
The game is fantasy with orcs, halflings but to my knowledge no magic.
One of the romantic options was a half orc that looks mostly like a dark skin human and had a quest line where she is sent to live in a half orc village and to be married off to the son of the chief. But she falls in love with you and doesn't want to. Eventually it works itself out but the son kills the dad so he can take over and aims to give the women to the orcs for pleasure, but you take control of the village after exposing the crime. You then with the rest of the tribe fight off the orcs and you can even have sex with the orc female that is there.
