Identify Trying to remember a game

I'm trying to remember the name of a game I found here once where you play as male protag who's in high school and plays D&D with some girls one night who have this book as a prop which you end up taking home with you after the game and when your blood comes into contact with the book he realizes that book is a spell book from some past relative of his and he can use the book to mind control other ppl. This is a visual Novel or renpy game. I remember he has a sister and mother and one of his friends is a shrine maiden. Any help would be appreciated.
