Identify Trying to remember a game's name

Premise: Your teleported to another world. You start inside this cave, eventually you find your way out and find a woman. She takes you to her tribe, that is seeking another tribe.

You go there, learn magic, build a home, etc.. Were about to head off to another place to learn more magic.

This could be anything, but I just can't seem to find it again.
