Identify Trying to remember a JRPG with color-based mechanics and body painting themes. SOLVED

I'm trying to remember a game I saw on here years ago. It was only MTLed so I only played it a bit. It was an RPGM game where the girl made all colors in the world all fucked up or something; the gameplay mechanics and story had themes revolving around color/painting, where you fight enemies by coloring them. I think I remember her clothes also turned into mostly body paint, probably as part of her fuck up.
