The game itself is probably 4-5 years old by now.
- MC can only have 10K$ at a time
- Earns money by Slot Machine in increments of 1,000 - 2,000 - 3,000
- Female moves from room to room throughout the day
- Only other character in the game is the Store Clerk you get your upgrades from who is a jealous/fat otaku with curly hair
- Can change female's clothes
- Can squirt water gun on her
- Can step on her vagina

It's not Amu-Chan developer; however, it does have that same "Top-Down"/Aerial view of the house when you're trying to interact with the Female.
